    Budget & costing

Track what your team and tools cost, and your monthly burn.

The costing tools let owners track the real cost of running the team — people and shared tools — and see the monthly burn that adds up to.

Costing is sensitive. It's visible to the workspace owner and to admins the owner explicitly grants — never to managers or members, and never implied by role alone. See Roles & permissions.

    Employee costs

    Record what each person costs:

    • Monthly salary and deductions.
    • Standard monthly hours — configurable, defaulting to 208 (26 working days × 8 hours, the divisor Malaysian employment practice uses for daily rates).

From these, Aztra derives each person's hourly rate (monthly salary ÷ standard monthly hours) and, by extension, their manday cost (hourly rate × 8). When an issue is completed, its cost is snapshotted from the time logged on it and the assignee's rate in effect at the time — so historical costs don't change when a rate does.

You can enter people individually or import them in bulk from a CSV.

    Shared accounts

Track recurring costs that aren't tied to one person — hosting, subscriptions, shared logins — so they're counted in your totals.

    Burn rate and capital costs

Aztra rolls these inputs into a monthly burn rate, and you can record one-time capital costs separately for a complete picture.
