    Troubleshooting

    Fixes for the most common snags.

    Most issues come down to access or a connection that needs re-establishing. Start here.

    I can't see a project or its issues

    Access follows membership and role. Check that:

    • You're a member of the project.
    • Your role has access to what you're trying to see.

    If you should have access, ask a workspace owner or admin to add you under Settings → Members.

    My Google Calendar isn't syncing

    Check the connection

    Go to Settings → Integrations and confirm your Google account is connected.

    Reconnect if needed

    Remove and re-add the connection to refresh access.

    Confirm the right account

    Connections are per-user — make sure you connected the Google account whose events you expect to see.

    A teammate didn't get their invite

    • Ask them to check spam and promotions folders.
    • Re-send the invite from Settings → Members.
    • Confirm the email address is correct.

    I can't access billing, costing, or invoices

    These areas are owner-restricted, and budget access is granted explicitly. If you need access, ask the workspace owner. See Roles & permissions.

    An approval isn't moving forward

    A request waits on its current tier of approvers. Check who needs to act, and remember multi-tier requests progress one tier at a time. See Approvals.

    Prices look wrong

    Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). If something still looks off, contact us.
