How quarterly seasons reset the board, how ranks work, and the cosmetics top performers earn.

The leaderboard is more than a list — it runs in seasons, sorts everyone into ranks, and rewards the top of the table with exclusive cosmetics.

Seasons

Seasons follow the calendar quarter. When a season ends:

Rankings reset, so everyone starts fresh — a slow start never sinks the whole year.
The season's top three are recorded permanently and receive that season's exclusive frame.
A new season begins automatically.

Where points come from

Points (shown as Koin in the app) come from completed issues. The value of an issue depends on its type, priority, and estimate — and credit is shared across everyone involved: the assignee, the reviewer, the accountable lead, and consulted or informed teammates. Reopening a completed issue reverses its points, so the season standings always reflect work that stayed done.

Ranks

As your seasonal points grow, you climb the rank ladder from E up through D, C, B, A to S-rank at the top. Your rank is shown on your profile and the leaderboard, and updates automatically as you earn.

Cosmetic rewards

Avatar frames — frames around your profile picture. The animated frame is S-rank exclusive.
Nameplates — decorative backgrounds for your name. The animated nameplate is also S-rank exclusive.
Season-winner frames — each season's top three earn a permanent frame stamped with that season, yours to keep in every future season.

Earn the rank

Climb the ladder during the season — S-rank unlocks the animated cosmetics, and a top-three finish earns the permanent season frame.

Equip your cosmetics

Apply earned frames and nameplates from your profile's customisation settings. Entitlements are checked when you equip, so what you've earned is always available.
