    Real-time team messaging, scoped to the project you're working in.

    Chat keeps conversation next to the work. Messages are organised by project, so discussion stays in context instead of scattered across a separate app.

    How chat works

    • Project channels — each project has its own conversation, so chatter about one project doesn't drown out another.
    • Direct messages — message a teammate one-to-one; start a DM straight from the right sidebar anywhere in the app.
    • Real-time — messages appear instantly for everyone in the conversation.
    • Remembers your context — Aztra keeps your last selected conversation so you drop back into the right one.

    Use chat for quick back-and-forth and decisions in the moment. For longer discussions worth keeping, start a thread; for lasting reference, write it in the wiki.

    Who can see it

    Chat follows project membership — people see the conversations for the projects they're part of. See Roles & permissions for how access works.
