How completed work turns into points, ranks, and a seasonal leaderboard.
Aztra turns real work into momentum. As your team completes issues, members earn points — shown as Koin in the app — and climb the seasonal leaderboard.
How points work
Points are earned when issues are actually completed — not for activity, comments, or busywork. How much an issue is worth depends on the work itself: its type (an epic is worth more than a task), its priority, and its estimate.
Points reward shipping, not motion. Moving an issue back out of a completed state also takes the points back, so the board always reflects real, finished work.
Credit goes to everyone involved
One issue rarely reflects one person's effort, so Aztra credits every role in the work:
- The assignee earns the full value for doing the work.
- The reviewer — whoever moves the issue to done — earns a share for reviewing it.
- The accountable lead (the sprint or project lead), people consulted on the issue, and watchers kept informed each earn a smaller share.
Workspace admins can tune how much each role earns per guild (job function) under workspace settings, so credit matches how your organisation actually works.
This is why filling in the real people on an issue matters — reviewers, consulted teammates, and leads all get recognised, not just the assignee.
Seasons
The leaderboard runs in quarterly seasons. Each season resets rankings so everyone gets a fresh shot, and crowns its top performers when it ends. You can watch the live standings any time on the public leaderboard.
Rewards
Strong seasons unlock cosmetic rewards — animated avatar frames and nameplates for the top tier, and a permanent seasonal frame for each season's top three. See Seasons, ranks & rewards for the details.
