How XP works
XP is earned from the work you actually complete — finishing issues, hitting goals, and keeping streaks. The more meaningful the work, the more it counts.
XP comes from completed work, not activity for its own sake. The leaderboard rewards shipping, not busywork.
Seasons
The leaderboard runs in seasons. Each season:
- Has a start and end date.
- Resets rankings so everyone has a fresh shot.
- Crowns top performers when it ends.
You can watch the live standings any time on the public leaderboard.
Rewards
Top performers unlock cosmetic rewards:
- Avatar frames — animated frames around your profile picture.
- Nameplates — decorative backgrounds for your name.
The animated frame and nameplate are exclusive to the top tier each season — a visible mark of a strong run.
