Support desk
Run client support inside Aztra — tickets, agents, a knowledge base, and a portal your clients can use.
For teams that support clients, Aztra includes a full support desk: tickets come in, agents work them, and clients follow along through their own portal — all connected to the projects the work lands in.
Tickets
The Support area is your ticket queue. Tickets carry a status, a priority, and an assigned agent, and can be linked to the issues that fix them — so when a client problem needs engineering work, the two stay connected.
Linking a client ticket to an issue also escalates that issue: its priority is raised so client-facing problems don't sit in the backlog.
Agents
Manage who handles support under Support → Agents. Agents see and work the ticket queue; assignment keeps ownership clear.
Knowledge base
Support → Knowledge holds the articles your team answers with. Publish common fixes and how-tos once, and share them instead of retyping the same reply.
The client portal
Each client can be given a portal link — a private page where they see their tickets and their status, without needing an Aztra account.
Add the client
Create the client under Clients, and tie their projects to them.
Share the portal link
Send the client their portal link — it's tokenised, so only people with the link can see it.
Work tickets as they arrive
New tickets from the portal land in your Support queue with the client attached.
Email replies
Ticket conversations work over email too — replies to ticket notifications thread back into the ticket, so clients can just answer the email and the conversation stays in one place.
Feedback forms
Projects can collect structured feedback through a public feedback form — share the link and responses appear on the project's Feedback view.
