    Strategy

The leadership view — movements, project health, goals, and team statistics in one place.

Strategy is the higher-altitude view for leads and managers. Instead of tracking individual issues, it shows whether the portfolio is moving, healthy, and pointed at the right outcomes.

    The strategy tabs

    • Movements — what changed recently across projects: work moving forward, and work going stale.
    • Health — a health score for each project at a glance, so struggling projects surface before they become emergencies.
    • Goals — the team's goals and how they're progressing (see Goals & OKRs).
    • Statistic — performance and progress statistics across the team.

Some tabs are manager-and-above only — what you see depends on your role.

    Using it well

    Scan movements first

Recent activity — and the absence of it — tells you where attention is needed.

    Check project health

The health score blends schedule, flow, quality, and cost signals into one number with plain-language findings. Low scores tell you why, not just that.

    Confirm the goals

Make sure the work that's moving is the work that matters.

    • Reports — what shipped, packaged for sharing. Strategy is about whether you're shipping the right things; Reports is about what actually shipped.
    • Each project also has its own Health view — see Project views.
