Organizing work
Labels, statuses, issue types, filters, search, and bulk actions to keep work tidy at scale.
As a project grows, structure keeps it navigable. Aztra gives you several tools to organise and find work fast.
Statuses
Statuses define your workflow — the columns on the board and the stages an issue moves through. Customise them per project to match how your team actually works (for example, adding an In review or Blocked stage).
Labels
Labels are flexible tags for slicing work any way you like — bug, frontend, customer, urgent. An issue can carry multiple labels.
Issue types
Issue types distinguish the kind of work — task, bug, feature, and more — so you can filter and report on each separately.
Filtering and search
Narrow any view to exactly what you need:
- Filters — by status, assignee, label, priority, and date range.
- Search — find issues, wiki pages, and people across the workspace.
Combine filters to build focused views — for example, status: In progress + assignee: me to see just your active work.
Bulk actions
When you're working in the List view, act on many issues at once:
- Bulk create issues from a list.
- Bulk move issues to a new status.
Sprints and archive
- Sprints — group issues into time-boxed cycles to plan and track delivery.
- Archive — when a project wraps, archive it to keep it out of the way without deleting its history.
